Direct Reports: Field Mobilizer, District Engineers and Account Officer.

Job Purpose:
Overall Supervision and management of designated core for implementation of organization sector plans for poverty reduction and sustainable human development/

Principal Responsibilities:
Identify needs at the local level and develop a priority-based annual plan for the region through an institutional systems of multi-stakeholders.

Supervise and implement the project in the regional level and keep monitor progress on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Plan and manage all regional level human resource and mobilize resources as per the organization’s needs.

Maintain high-level intense public relations and advocacy with the stakeholders including coordinate with district-level administration. Represent the organization at the district-level meetings.

Coordinate with all regional heads and carry out conflict resolution and troubleshooting at the regional level.

Carry out staff development and ensure teamwork and provide a conducive work environment for all employees.

Submit a timely report of regional level activities and progress report to the head of the organization.

Ensure that the organization’s personnel, financial, administrative, and gender policies and procedures are implemented.

Keep compliance with documentation and reporting requirements specified by the jobholder/ supervisor. Any other responsibilities allocated to the jobholder.

Minimum Qualification:
Master in development studies/social science/natural resource management

Related work experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of practical work experience required.
